Working at the HMRC via CapGemini , I offer Training and deskside support for HMRC staff in the use of Windows 7 and Office 2013. This is part of a migration project across all major HMRC sites.
This is largely a floorwalking role involving contacting users prior and after migration to the new operating system to ensure satisfactory deployment and to provide immediate deskside training for the user. In addition, the role involves identifying and escalating any issue which may have arisen during the migration or as a result of a failed deployment.
The role involves a personal approach and service for the end user as well as skills in technical delivery to both the end user and deployment engineers.
I bring softskills expertise via counselling and coaching as well as technical training skills to help ensure a successful migration and uptake for all users.
