Norgine is an international pharmaceutical company. They are installing Microsoft Lync as a unified communications service across all their sites globally.
My work involves training staff within the company in using Lync, exploring all its features and accepting it as a replacement for the telephone system.
This involves running training sessions for users at the company’s main sites but with remote or international sites participating via remote connections. The sessions are delivered across the workforce from CEO to warehouseman and involve not only ‘how to’ elements involving the use of Lync but also exploratory elements to show how advanced features may be used to improve efficiency or productivity within areas of the company.
