I had to cheat a little with this week’s photo. As I’ve not been able to get out and about for a few weeks, I have had to upload an old photo and, to make things worse, I have used a photo from my phone rather than my camera.
The theme is ‘warmth’. On a cold winter morning, there is little better than to start the day with a warm cup of coffee. You notice, of course, that I say warm rather than hot. Water that is too hot will almost always spoil a coffee, so warm (about 85c) is almost always best.
Not only does a warm coffee taste great, but it also warms your hands as you hold it and warms you inside as it goes down.
